A qaudrapolar catheter was advanced to the right atrium under fluoroscopic guidance. During sinus rhythm, HV was measured at 66ms. Decision was made clinically at this point to place a dual chamber pacemaker.
They did this because the patient was post TAVR, with transient CHB and PAF

is this billable? This was the extent, prior to the implant of the pacemaker.
