Does anyone have any documentation that states who can bill for a foley cath replacement performed in clinic? Our clinic schedules catheter changes with the LPN's and these are performed by the LPN by then billed under the provider that is in clinic for that date. We are just wanting to find clarification if this is the correct to bill catheter changes. TIA
