patient sees primary OB to check on follicles as trying to conceive natrually. Dr performes transvaginal ultrasound. is correct CPT 76830 or 76857? also which ICD-10 code is to use?

Regarding the ICD-10, you would code whatever reason the specific patient is having the scan, or findings of the scan.

R10.2 for pelvic pain
Z31.69 for encounter for other general counseling and advice on procreation
