Good morning,
How would you code if a patient has Follicular lymphoma grade 1-2 (60%) and Follicular lymphoma grade 3A (40%) of left axilla lymph node?

Would you code it as C82.14 (Follicular lymphoma grade 1-2 of axilla LN) because the % is higher OR would you code it as C82.34 (Follicular lymphoma grade 3A) because it's a higher grade than 1-2?

And if anyone can provide any resources that helped you come to that conclusion, I'd greatly appreciate it!

I think it's defined by pathology and if unspecified, would need to be defined by the provider. If not specified, it'd be listed as unspecified grade.

This patient has two grades of lymphoma in a single lymph node? I think clarification is needed from the pathologist.
