If a patient with malignant neoplasm of upper lobe of left lung presented for a VAT, mediastinoscopy, and bronchoscopy (no global period) and has a follow up appointment with the cardiovascular surgeon strictly for surveillance (no dressing changes, etc.) , would the "follow-up" surveillance visit be coded as Z48.3 - aftercare following surgery for neoplasm as the first listed dx, and C34.12 - malignant neoplasm of upper lobe of left lung as the secondary dx?
