Hi everyone

In the following case do I code the part that says following as a follow up exam or embolization or is it additional information that I don't need? In order words, do I code the part after following as if it was done?
"Angiography, right internal carotid artery, unilateral selective, frontal and lateral digital arteriograghic views of skull following embolization of right pericallosal AVM feeding branch."

75898 is available for follow-up exam after embolization.
