Help with injection code

What is the best injection code for icd-9 code 355.79. I was using 64450 and Medicare is now taking the money back stating this dx does not support this injection code. Any help is appreciated.

The CPT code used would depend on what procedure is being performed? Do you have an example of what your provider is doing?
