The patient underwent video fluoroscopy to evaluate mobility of mechanical prosthetic aortic valve leaflets

DESCRIPTION OF THE PROCEDURE:

The patient was brought to the cardiac catheterization lab. Under direct fluoroscopy his mechanical aortic valve was visualized. The bileaflet apparatus appears to be functioning normally with excellent bilateral leaflet excursion and no evidence of movement inhibition
