Foramen of Winslow Hernia Repair?

Hello All!!

My doctor sent me a message this weekend about a surgery he performed. He said it was a Foramen of Winslow hernia repair and that it was an internal hernia. Does anybody know what CPT and ICD code I would use for this hernia repair?

If it is an internal hernia then the open CPT code would be 44050. If done laparoscopically then would need to use unlisted 44238. Hope this helps.
