pt came in an urgent care, very irritated right eye redness, watery, sensitive to light. The doctor numbed the eyelid, looked if there is foreign body, there was none, looked for any corneal abrasion, none. The procedure was done with slit lamp, dye was applied,- eyelid turned inside out to see better, cornea was examined. At the end, the pt was given visual acuity test to check the vision is affected. Pt. was given antibiotic eye drop to avoid infection. What would be the ICD and CPT codes for the visit?
