Wiki Foreign body in freshly healed wound

I have a patient who presents with a foreign body from a puncture wound that just finished healing. It's certainly no longer a complicated open wound, but I don't feel comfortable calling it "residual" (729.6).

The wound was inflicted three weeks prior to the appointment.

Any help would be appreciated!
