I work at a federally qualified health center billing and coding as I have done since 1998 but the new Medicare billing guidelines have just about drove me bonkers. Anyone have any idea about multiple line billing and the appropriate revenue codes for joint injections with e/m services?

I am using 0259 for joint injection revenue codes but I am lost because we have always used one line item 0521 with price rolled up into one line now it is an itemized claim, and a big mess. Trying very hard but getting no where....any help is appreciated.
