Greetings everyone!

Our hospital has opened an ER Triage for OB patients. The patient is sent from FQHC office to the ER OB triage. The same provider from office is present in ER. Am I able to bill an ER visit for the Physician or place of service 22, outpatient/observation for billing purposes?
