Wiki Fracture Aftercare Codes

Can anyone give me some help with aftercare codes? Basically I need to know which order the codes go in: V code, fracture code . . . . ??? Do I need to use them at every office visit . . . any help is appreciated. Thanks!

I am a Orthopedic coder and any encounter after the initial visit should be coded with the v code only.
