I'm new to billing fracture care. Patient was referred by ER for fracture care of 4 metatarsals and 1 cuboid fracture. Can I bill for each individual fracture care or do I only bill for the cuboid fracture care. Also can I bill the Office visit? Is there guideline some where that explains the rules for fracture care?
