I could use some help on how to code the following consultation:

The orthopedic surgeon had a consultation with an inpatient two days after being admitted. The patient was diagnosis with a closed trochanteric 820.20 and a mid-shaft femur fracture 821.01. The patient was fitted with a Sarmiento orthotic to stabilize the fracture. I know I should code 99232 for the consultation but I'm not sure if it is appropriate to code 27246 and 27500 for setting the fractures.

I'd appreciate your assistance!
 
If the patients primary dx for the admit is for the fractures I wouldn't code the consult.
Your provider is assuming care of the pt. I would code the Fracture Surgery codes.
