What cpt code should I use for a fracture of the posterior tibia ? Thanks so much It is a closed Fracture and it is of the ankle Thanks again

Is this a distal tibia or shaft? Was it reduced closed or opened? For an diagnosis code for distal end try the 824.0 or for shaft try 823.0. Need more info about where fx is.
