I am new at orthopedics surgery, so I could use some help!!
Dr. did an open reduction and internal fixation for a displaced greater tuberosity fx, left humerus and for the surgical neck fx, left humerus.
I haved coded it as such:
23615-LT.
He also used flouroscopy. Do I need to code for that also?
