Hello,
If a patient comes into the office for a Fractured Thumb and we put him in a thumb spica cast and he is also having Right Shoulder pain and we are sending him for an MRI on he shoulder.
Can I code an E/M code for the shoulder and a Fracture care code for the fracture?
I tried coding everything under an E/M code and coded for the Cast and Materials and it told me there was a
0 billing fee for the application and materials. Why would the Application and Material not be covered?
