what dx codes would be used for:

nonunion of an intra-articular fracture of the distal tibial plafond along with a posterior malleolus fracture that is nonunited
 
Distal tibial plafond = S82.873M if it's a closed Fx, subsequent encounter

Posterior malleolus = S82.899M since you've given no indication of lateral or medial or right or left and also assuming it's a closed Fx, subsequent encounter
