Hi All,

If a company ask you to knowing commit fraud on their behalf( i.e. changing dos to beat untimely or changing the MD because of credentialing delays)but you don't do it... can the company get in trouble just from asking?

Thoughts?

If the person they asked as proof of this it would show the indent for fraud. Which I would think would give reason for insurance and what other agency reason to open investigation and or audit.
