Where do you look for E/M codes for Urgent care established patient and Free standing urgent care patient?

Free standing is it comes under Emergency room E/M??

I used urgent care established patient 9921X code . Is it OK?

For a free standing UC you would use for est patient 99211-99215 and new patient would be 99201-99205.
