my doc performed a frenuloplasty for a tethered tongue and for a a release of frenulum maxilla. he charged the 41520 twice. per bcbs website this is a procedure code that can only be billed once. any advise..
 
If the Doc documentation supports the use of the 59 modifier, I would attach it to the second procedure.
