If you have a patient come in and has a bx done and a frozen path is done the same day can you bill a e/m for the path results discussion/treatment plan
 
If it is procedure oriented we cannot bill for the E/M.If the E/M is done(hx,PE and MDM or other councelling time) we can code the E/M seperately. Apart from this key components we cannot code the level of E/M.
