Frozen section and BX on different site of Mohs

Can you bill a frozen section with biopsy different site on same day as Mohs to Medicare. Will Medicare pay for frozen and BX? Doc isn't feeling comfortable billing for frozen section and bx on same day as Mohs

As long as it's a separate site, it is billable. Be prepared for a denial, which you will have to appeal with records showing that this was a different lesion from the one treated with Mohs.
