Does anyone know the correct way to bill out J1380 20 mg. I know they are cutting back on reimbursing hormone injections, however now I am being told I do not have it billed out properly
Can someone tell me how you are bill the units, and the ndc unit measurement
I have being doing 2 units and 10 ndc unit measurements with the ndc for delestrogen 20mg. HELP

Also on depo provera. J1050. I just was reimbursed .31 for the depo, but I got 31.00 for the injection portion. HELP
I put in 1 unit 150mg ndc unit measurement and I have the correct ndc#

Is the NDC unit count mean billable units??????

Thank you

for the J1050 you need to bill 150 units. That will give you the correct billing that will reimburse you for the invoice price of the drug.

Hope this helps.
