Diagnosis code: N30.10 IC w/o hematuria

Procedure code billed: 52234

Note simply states: Tissue from left lateral wall of the bladder was fulgurated using cauterizing electrode. The aggregate diameter of the treated area was 1cm.

It was done in office.

What would you bill? I don't see how IC w/o hematuria would need a fulguration first of all but I also don't know everything there is to know about urology either so...If I had to code the procedure I'd want to do 52214 BUT the code description doesn't list bladder wall.

Maybe I'm overthinking it. Opinions anyone?

CPT 52234 is fine: Note the description states with fulguration AND/OR.
52234
Cystourethroscopy, with fulguration (including cryosurgery or laser surgery) and/or resection of; SMALL bladder tumor(s) (0.5 up to 2.0 cm)
