Wiki Funisitis and Umbilical Cord Vasculitis

I am hoping someone can help me with coding for placental abnormalities. We see funisitis and umbilical cord vasculitis often on the path reports. So far, we have O41.10--, O41.12--, and O43.9-. but can't agree on how to code them. Taber's defines funisitis as an infection of the umbilical cord rather than inflammation. Any suggestions?
