Could someone tell me if a 7 month old with Fever unknown origin referred to infectious disease for a more workup fall under the level of Risk moderate "undiagnosed new problem with uncertain prognosis?

The tests ordered by physician

Without any additional information, I believe it could meet a moderate level based on the fact that the provider is sending the patient to infectious disease.
