Wiki Fx care and E/M level on same day

I have a question regarding the use of fx care codes and an E/M level on the same day. Here is the scenario....pt comes into the ER with a fx phalanx. The ER doc evaluates the pateint and then performs a reduction on the fx. Can he report 26725 and also a 99282 or a 99283? Or does the fx care code encompass the whole encounter?

I believe you can bill both on the same day as long as you add modifier 57 to the E/M code.
