We have digital x-rays in 2 of our offices and 1 office we still use films. We bill the global code for x-rays. Do we need to append the FY modifier to the codes done in the office we do not use digital? I am confused, all of the research I find is stating the TC billed gets the FY modifier but since we don't bill the TC do we still append it?
