The following documentation is given by an RN for a patient that arrives for G-Tube change.
"Pt in for routine G-Tube exchange. 18Fr mic g-tube inserted at ease. Balloon filled with 5 cc of saline". The encounter is billed using the Radiology MD's credentials.

Do we use a nurse visit for this service and can the nursing staff actually perform these services?
