MCR Pt is high risk eligible d/t personal hx of malignant . Procedure was discontinued by phys at 60cm, colonoscope could not be advanced beyond the 60 cm level because of an acute angle, Considering the patient's advanced age and the increased risk of perforation-No problems are found otherwise, Normal distal colon (incomplete study). Do I code this as a sigmoidoscopy 45330 or a G0105-74?
