Medicare patient

Pt came in and had a family history of colon cancer v16.0
Doctor did colonoscopy and didn't do anything. Found Diverticuli.

IN THE ASC do I bill 45378

Or Do I bill G0105 due to it only being a screening and did not become a procedure. The Patient did not have any symptoms before screening. Just Family History...
