Is anyone getting payment for G0136 when done with AWV?
 
Here's what I found: "When you provide the SDOH risk assessment as an additional element of the AWV, report HCPCS code G0136 for the SDOH risk assessment with Modifier –33, with the same DOS on the same claimas G0438 or G0439. MACs will accept and process HCPCS code G0136 as an additional element ofthe AWV (HCPCS codes G0438 and G0439) based on the Physician Fee Schedule."

Yes, that is the information we have but have yet to have it paid. EOB states needs SDOH Z code. The bulletin for SDOH done with Wellness states any dx code used on the Wellness visit can be used. Guess we will wait and see if they start processing like they are supposed to. Thank you for your response.
