G0168 for Dermabond

If a Medicare patient comes into the office and the provider repairs a laceration to his/her finger using tissue adhesive only, do you report G0168 by itself or in conjunction with the CPT code for the laceration repair? Thanks.

you use it by itself. It is not used with the CPT codes.
