Good Afternoon,

I bill for a family practice and we recently started billing these diabetic foot cares, but not all insurances pay they say it bundles with the office visit. Does anyone else bill for these if so any help is greatly appreciate it.
 
We have the same issue. If anyone can advise us that would be great! I do know that Medicare requires that you bill the G0245 first then the G0246 at a different OV. We are using DX code E11.42 which is a DM code so I'm not sure why it doesn't pay.
