Should we use 69210 or G0268 for removal of impacted cerumen done by a physician on the same day as audio testing when the physician and audiologist are submitting separate claims?

G0268 by definition is removal of impacted cerumen one or ears by physician on same date of service as audiologic function testing , so yes audio same day use G0268 billable only once
