Does anyone have any information on whether you have to have a complete 25 sq cm in order to use the G0441 or if you have an additional 4 sq cm can you use it?

For example, you have a wound that has a total of 29 sq cm. You use G0440 for the first 25, but what about the other 4? Can you use the G0441 or do you have to have 50 sq cm?
