My practice is having trouble getting G0444 paid when billed with a physical. Code correct says there is a bundling issue, but that a modifier is appropriate. Currently they have us using a 59 modifier with the G code. Is anyone else having problems getting this code paid? Does anyone have any recommendations/suggestions?
