Does anyone have ANY information that might be helpful for billing G0447 to Humana Medicare. Our claims are being denied for LCD. We are using the BMI codes as suggested and paid by Medicare. We recently began ausing the appropriate obesity code first followed by the BMI as outlined on the Humana portal. Claims are still being denied. Any help would be greatly appreciated!!!
 
We are a large Humana provider. We were directed by Humana Hedis Nurse. to use 3008F in conjuction with the Zcode for the calculated bmi. Hope this helps
