When billing G0447 with 99213-25 to Humana, I get a denial on G0447 that it is bundled. When I put a modifier of 59 on G0447 it denies stating inconsistent modifier. Does anyone know the correct way to bill this? I get paid from MCR when billing these two codes. Thanks, Ann
 
Why are you billing an office visit in addition? I would imagine the obesity counseling was scheduled ahead. It would be bundled with the office visit when billed together.
