88342 for Medicare is now G0461/G0462.

If a Mohs surgeon does a MART-1 immunostain on each stage how is it billed using G codes? For example, 6 stages to obtain clear margins and for each stage one 1 tissue block has immunostain done. Does each stage qualify as a new specimen so G0461 x 6 would be appropriate?
