i just want to know in code G0483 which 22 cpts are included ?

there are no "included cpts". It is 22 drug CLASSES as ordered/reported by the ordering physicians and the lab.

You need to determine what 22+ drug classes the MD ordered and what was reported to make sure the coding is correct. It could be any combination, and there are several cpt codes that represent a breakdown of the drug classes as 80xxx 1or2, 80xxx3 or more. There is a reference table in the CPT code book of drugs and what the corresponding class is. You will need to "code" the order and result report first into AMA codes, count the number of cpt/drug classes, then crosswalk to the approprate G-code if billing Medicare/Medicaid
