HCPCS code G0506 is an add on code to be billed with an E/M service for the comprehensive assessment and care planning pertaining to care management services. My understanding is that this code can be billed for patients who will be enrolled in CCM (Chronic Care Management) services. Can this code also be billed for patients enrolled in PCM (Principal Care Management) services?
