Is anyone getting denials from their Local MAC carrier due to other Providers billing G2211 on the same date of service? Some have billed using the same dx code and some did not . Our Local MAC is stating they have an "Unpublished " internal policy to deny multiple claims of G2211, they are instructing us to rebill using modifier 77. This coding logic is not accurate, Modifier 77 is an add on code to an E&M , which you can not use modifier 77 . Anyone else experiencing this and any suggestions Thanks
