I've been researching G2211. Our practice is part of Primary Care First. Last year G2211 was included in the PBP. This year it has been removed from the PCF Payment & Attribution Methodologies. Does anyone have more information with billing G2211 while participating in an alternative payment model? I am not finding much information since the code was recently accepted for reimbursement. Thank you.
