I've been researching G2211. Our practice is part of Primary Care First. Last year G2211 was included in the PBP. This year it has been removed from the PCF Payment & Attribution Methodologies. Does anyone have more information with billing G2211 while participating in an alternative payment model? I am not finding much information since the code was recently accepted for reimbursement. Thank you.

According to the Payment Attribution Methodology PY 2023 for the PCF payment model I was not able to locate G2211 anywhere in the document, I did find G2212 in Table 2-1 Services Included in the PBP

Where did you find that G2211 in the 2023 document? While G2211's full descriptor, refined in the calendar year (CY) 2021 PFS final rule, coverage of G2211 was delayed and only became eligible for Medicare reimbursement effective 01/01/2024. That said, I don't see how it could've been included in the 2023 PCF PBP.
