Hello, wondering if someone has clarification on CPT code G2211. Can this code be used for a provider that sees patients for /residence/assisted living/memory care visits, ie-99341-99350? Also, we bill Complex chronic care management (99487) services every 30 days. Is it still OK to add the G2211 to the 99341-99350 visits. My provider addresses chronic conditions on just about every visit. I'm not finding any clear answer for this.
