Okay, we know that Medicare is denying G6024 with a PT modifier. So my question is, how do I bill this so that they pay it?https://www.aapc.com/memberarea/forums/images/smilies/confused.png
 
G6024 and PT modifier

You need to have the screening diagnosis 1st and the polyp 2nd, and align the CPT to #2. This is what Noridian in Washington State wanted, but you may want to contact your local carrier. The good news is that as of 2016, Medicare no longer wants the G-code and we are back to billing 45388.
